Welcoming a new family member? GLIDE offers 8 weeks of paid leave at 100% salary. Choose an additional 4 weeks part-time at 50% salary if you prefer a gradual return.
Restricted work hours
Work-life balance is key. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Central. Zero expectations for after-hours responses, unless it's a pre-approved exception. Your family time is yours.
