Supports research systems, user access, reporting, data quality, testing, validation, releases, documentation, training, and process improvement. Produces operational, financial, and research reports; maintains Power BI dashboards; investigates system issues; and contributes to real-world evidence, data delivery, and clinical AI validation initiatives while following GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Develops proactive public relations and media opportunities for cancer care, research, innovation, technology, and organizational milestones. Responsibilities include building journalist relationships, creating media releases and briefing materials, translating complex information into engaging stories, supporting thought leadership, managing media inquiries, and assisting with emerging issues communications. The role partners with clinical and business leaders and reports to the Communications Director.

The Enterprise Architect will define technology strategy, roadmaps, target-state architecture, governance, and decision frameworks. They will align clinical and business priorities with scalable solutions, simplify the technology landscape, improve integration, guide vendors, and provide technical leadership across applications, data, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and digital platforms. The role also requires influencing senior stakeholders and maturing the enterprise architecture capability.
