Supports warehouse automation and robotics solutions through customer data analysis, capacity modeling, CAD layout development, simulation, and engineering recommendations. Develops AI-enabled tools and automation scripts, collaborates with cross-functional teams, tracks deliverables, and presents technical work. With experience, the intern may own smaller projects or workstreams from requirements through solution development and presentation.

Consult with clients to understand warehouse needs and design tailored robotic automation solutions. Prepare solution proposals, presentations, ROI analyses, technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and automation roadmaps. Coordinate solution designs with contractors, software engineers, and implementation teams to support warehouse and manufacturing logistics deployments. Advise customers on emerging automation technologies and best practices while supporting projects at client sites.

Provides L2 technical support for complex system issues, including performance bottlenecks, integration failures, database problems, and application issues. Troubleshoots Linux, MySQL, Java, networking, and system architectures; performs root-cause analysis; supports upgrades; documents solutions; improves knowledge bases; and trains L1 teams and customers. The role requires collaboration with R&D and product teams and may involve robotics, logistics automation, WMS, or WCS environments.
