Manages international customer order entry, quotes, sales orders, backlog, shipping, and backorders in SAP. Responds to order, billing, delivery, and discrepancy inquiries; investigates availability and delays; communicates updates to customers and sales teams; and coordinates with internal departments to resolve issues. Provides service-oriented support while maintaining accurate system records and meeting customer service expectations.

Develops and implements manufacturing methods, machinery, tooling, automation, and process improvements. Leads projects involving capital equipment, facilities improvements, tooling evaluations, cost justification, and production optimization. Collaborates with CNC programmers, machining personnel, and vendors while supporting Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives. Requires mechanical engineering expertise, machining knowledge, project management experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.

Design, develop, and improve pump consumables and assemblies for severe-duty oil and gas applications. Lead product development from concept to launch, perform failure analysis, support production, collaborate cross-functionally, provide customer technical support in field and office, and manage projects and documentation.
