Provides hardware, software, and peripheral installation and troubleshooting for employees and service personnel. Installs operating systems and productivity software, verifies system functionality, instructs users on technology usage, responds to technical inquiries, coordinates with helpdesk and network teams, and escalates major hardware issues. The role supports a global organization and offers potential advancement into IT administration or development.

Sources and procures aerospace aftermarket parts, evaluates suppliers and bids, negotiates pricing, issues and expedites purchase orders, manages vendor relationships, and resolves quality, documentation, storage, shipping, and returns issues. The role also generates customer quotes, supports inventory restocking, captures market data, and coordinates with sales, operations, and quality teams. Occasional travel for vendor meetings, conferences, and industry events is required.

Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees. Manages reception, telephone calls, messages, mail, courier packages, office supply inventory, coverage coordination, and routine clerical tasks. Provides professional customer service, maintains an organized front desk, and supports People Operations in a fast-paced aviation and aerospace environment.
