GA Telesis Benefits Overview

Supports finance and administrative functions, including accounts receivable, collections, cash application, customer statement reconciliation, invoice monitoring, vendor invoice processing, expense reports, and accounts payable. Coordinates with customers and Shipping to resolve payment and freight invoice issues, verifies invoice accuracy, and records UK vendor invoices.

Supports the Flight Solutions Group through FP&A, business intelligence, data analytics, financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, valuation, and strategic business cases. Develops Power BI dashboards, reconciles financial and operational data, evaluates profitability and investment opportunities, improves reporting quality, and delivers actionable recommendations to Finance leadership and senior management. Partners cross-functionally with Procurement, Sales, Operations, and Product Line Managers.

Analyzes aviation business data, develops reports and dashboards, identifies operational trends, supports business cases and ROI analyses, and provides insights for process improvement. The role gathers requirements, supports system implementations and user acceptance testing, collaborates with IT and vendors, monitors sales, repairs, inventory, and operations data, and communicates recommendations to stakeholders. This is an onsite position supporting GA Telesis’s Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul division.
