Configure systems, follow project methodology, support testing, documentation, migrations, demos, and user story management. Communicate with clients and internal teams, learn industry solutions, achieve Salesforce certifications, and leverage AI tools to improve delivery and efficiency.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for Fusion's enterprise SaaS platform with a focus on GRC/TPRM. Translate customer and market insights into roadmaps, integrate AI-native capabilities, drive KPIs for adoption and revenue, collaborate with engineering and GTM teams, and own strategic product initiatives from discovery through delivery.

Lead and scale a team of implementation consultants to deliver Fusion software implementations. Own project governance, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, cross-functional collaboration, and metrics tracking to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Lead go-to-market strategy for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Operational Risk Management (ORM) products. Own positioning, messaging, pricing, analyst relations, competitive intelligence, and market opportunity analysis. Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and executive teams to drive launches and articulate long-term strategic direction.

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts by driving renewals, expansion, executive engagement, and long-term account plans. Build ROI-based business cases, lead complex negotiations, deliver executive reviews, align cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and represent Fusion at customer and industry events to protect and expand recurring revenue.

Lead net-new enterprise sales into Financial Services across UK/EMEA (and APAC optionally). Own full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to contract, engage C-level and risk/compliance leaders, build territory and account plans, collaborate with sales engineering/product/customer success, and maintain Salesforce pipeline and forecasts.

Pre-sales Solution Engineer who demonstrates and configures the Fusion Framework, handles technical objections, builds/demo solutions, supports proposals, trains sales, and transitions customers to delivery. Works with Account Executives, Delivery, Product and Marketing to scope and configure trials and connectors.

Operate and scale an agentic delivery harness: translate product requirements into agent-ready specs, direct AI agents through delivery, review and validate outputs, craft prompts, collaborate with product and engineering, surface failure patterns, and improve platform guardrails to ensure production-quality software delivery.

Lead architecture and buildout of a new graph-backed enterprise data platform: design ingestion, graph and relational storage, entity resolution pipelines, temporal models, ETL/ELT pipelines, governance, APIs, and production connectors. Ship scalable graph data models, traversal queries, and platform roadmap while enabling observability, security, and containerized deployments.
