Manages brand marketing accounts, client relationships, strategic program development, presentations, event activations, talent partnerships, retail concepts, budgets, invoices, timelines, and status reporting. Ensures integrated marketing initiatives meet client goals, remain on strategy, and are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. Requires youth marketing expertise, strong communication, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and frequent travel to client meetings and events.

Unpaid spring 2027 internship offering hands-on experience in public relations, digital communications, media relations, social media, content development, copywriting, corporate communications, and grassroots publicity. Interns must be college-enrolled, eligible for college credit, and available 10–12 hours weekly from February through April. The role is based in Winooski, Vermont, with remote or hybrid flexibility for suitable candidates.

Creates print and digital graphic designs for client marketing campaigns, branding, experiential programs, and sports and youth-focused initiatives. Collaborates with clients and internal teams, presents creative concepts, incorporates feedback, prepares production files, reviews proofs, and maintains organized design workflows. Requires advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, strong branding and visual storytelling skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven agency environment. Occasional travel and event support may be required.
