Lead and scale the global accounting function for a public, subscription-based company. Oversee SEC reporting, GAAP/SOX compliance, financial close, audits, revenue recognition, controls, and accounting systems. Partner with CFO, FP&A, and leadership to drive process improvements, technical accounting research, and accurate financial reporting.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel booking, expense processing, meeting minutes, confidential communications, project follow-ups, and ad hoc research to streamline executive and office operations.

Serve as the CEOs strategic partner to translate vision into executable initiatives. Lead cross-functional priorities, develop board and executive materials, build financial models and business cases, monitor performance vs. objectives, remove roadblocks, and drive critical CEO-led initiatives. Improve executive team operations, support planning and resource allocation, and represent the CEO on select programs while maintaining strict confidentiality and stakeholder alignment.
