FSAP and PETA Benefits Overview

Provides first-level technical support for hardware, software, applications, workstations, servers, peripherals, and Microsoft Office products. Troubleshoots user issues, logs support cases and resolutions, coordinates with internal support staff, and provides after-hours and weekend phone support. Requires strong communication, organization, independent problem-solving, confidentiality, physical lifting ability, travel readiness, and on-call availability.

Lead membership and fundraising operations, overseeing donation processing, data integrity, vendor integrations, PCI DSS compliance, performance metrics, team development, cross-functional projects, and process improvements to support donor engagement and fundraising goals.

Provide administrative support to the Corporate Legal Affairs division and General Counsel, including reviewing and summarizing legal documents, preparing legal instruments and correspondence, maintaining legacy records, assisting with contract addenda and database management, processing invoices and mail, and preparing lobbyist registration and disclosure forms.
