Responsibilities include interacting with vendors, quoting rates, securing carrier bookings, updating shipment statuses in the ERP system, monitoring delivery performance, and escalating issues when necessary.

As a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the talent acquisition process through candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and managing the Applicant Tracking System. You will also assist with recruitment logistics, track candidate progress, and communicate with both candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
