Provide technical consulting, document system architectures, lead code reviews, and guide migrations toward modern ILE architectures. The role requires expert IBM i, RPGLE, DB2, database modeling, ILE, deployment, and version-control experience, along with fluent French communication.

Develop, maintain, enhance, and support business-critical IBM i/AS400 applications using RPG/RPGLE, CL, IBM i SQL, and Synon2/E. Analyze requirements, troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, participate in the software development lifecycle, and collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders. The role also includes incident and change management, code reviews, documentation, application reliability improvements, and occasional mentoring of junior developers.

Support, enhance, and maintain business-critical IBM i/AS400 applications using RPG/RPGLE, CL, IBM i SQL, and Synon2/E.
