Technical Product Manager responsible for planning and coordinating engineering initiatives for Freenome’s commercial data platform and data products. The role defines requirements, prioritizes technical development, creates product roadmaps, translates needs into epics and user stories, and drives Agile execution with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities include ensuring scalability, usability, data integrity, regulatory alignment, and support for commercial, laboratory, R&D, and diagnostic operations.

Provide onsite Tier 1 IT support for corporate devices, systems, networks, laboratory software, meeting technology, and user accounts. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA guidelines, manage onboarding and offboarding, install hardware and software, maintain documentation, create training materials, support upgrades, and escalate unresolved issues. Collaborate with network and systems administrators in a regulated laboratory environment.

Develop and deploy bioinformatics research software, internal tooling, reproducible data pipelines, and scalable infrastructure for liquid biopsy research. Integrate laboratory, clinical, and bioinformatics data to support multiomic analysis and data-driven discoveries. Collaborate with computational biologists, machine learning scientists, laboratory teams, and software engineers to translate scientific roadmaps into production-ready systems.
