Foxtrot's disability insurance benefit is 60% of an employee's weekly salary up to a $1,500 maximum weekly payout. Employees also have the option to purchase extra-long coverage.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Foxtrot's Flexible Spending Account (FSA) helps employees cover out-of-pocket medical expenses with pre-tax contributions of up to $2,750 annually.

Foxtrot's building's onsite gym offers our employees free yoga, spin, and pilates classes as scheduled. Our wellness program also offers free subscriptions to Peleton and Apple Fitness+.

Vision insurance

Foxtrot's vision benefits from Guardian (VSP) provides 100% coverage for annual exams after a $10 copay and lenses after a $20 copay. Frames and contact lenses are covered for up to $150.
