Edtech
Develop and register apprenticeship programs with employers, labor organizations, colleges, and faculty. Oversee daily program operations, participant onboarding, documentation, reporting, data entry, and records management. Interpret California education, labor, and apprenticeship regulations to ensure compliance. Provide outreach, technical assistance, and programmatic support for pre-apprenticeship and registered apprenticeship initiatives serving the Inland Empire.

Coordinates the LAUNCH registered apprenticeship program partnership with Riverside City College. Responsibilities include apprentice onboarding, documentation collection, registration preparation, recordkeeping, spreadsheet and system data management, evaluations, completion documentation, compliance support, and communication with apprentices, college staff, and internal teams.

Support grants administration and large-scale grant initiatives by executing contracts, maintaining accurate records, validating grantee data, coordinating project tasks in project management software, triaging general mailbox communications, coordinating schedules, and conducting outreach to grantees and payment recipients to resolve issues and ensure process continuity.
