Build, optimize, and maintain batch and streaming ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and automated workflows using AWS, Snowflake, Python, SQL, dbt, and shell scripting. Containerize and test data workloads, integrate systems, support business intelligence and API access, improve data architecture, and implement documentation and security governance. Collaborate cross-functionally on time-bound projects while developing expertise in education data and advancing CCGI’s educational equity mission.

Supports finance operations through basic accounting, financial statement and government report preparation, data reconciliation, and fiscal desk reviews of grant subrecipients. Applies GAAP and federal grant compliance requirements, including 2 CFR 200, while gathering data across systems and reviewing financial controls and documentation. Communicates findings to customers, partners, and management with accuracy and attention to detail.

Provide first-line technical support for web and mobile applications, resolving inquiries, reproducing and documenting issues, auditing user accounts, testing error handling, investigating system performance, managing escalations, developing support processes, identifying trends, and training users remotely and occasionally in person.
