Recruits prospective graduate students from inquiry through enrollment, communicates through HubSpot, analyzes recruitment and retention data, trains CRM users, manages CRM access, improves processes across Workday and educational technologies, maintains webpages, creates social media content, and supervises a graduate teaching assistant. The role also collaborates with university departments and requires occasional travel.

Direct and administer university choir ensembles, teach choral methods, conducting, and literature, mentor music education students, recruit and retain students, support rural music education, build community partnerships, and contribute through teaching, scholarship, and service toward tenure.

Coordinates digital recruitment and engagement initiatives for prospective online and military-connected students. Plans virtual events, webinars, communications, and social media campaigns; monitors engagement and campaign performance; supports CRM workflows, automation, testing, data quality, reporting, and troubleshooting.
