Flowdesk Benefits Overview

Provide hands-on deskside and end-user IT support for the Dubai office (macOS and corporate toolset). Manage onboarding/offboarding, MDM enrolment and device lifecycle, meeting-room/AV and local connectivity support, handle tickets to SLAs, maintain asset records, join on-call rota and escalate complex issues to Secure Engineering.

Work on the secure engineering team to configure and maintain identity, endpoint, and SaaS platforms (Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, Cloudflare), manage vendor procurement and contracts, run projects autonomously, support IT Operations, and participate in an IT on-call rota.

Manage and optimize APAC trading routes, automation, and integrations; enforce transaction authorization and compliance; build operational dashboards, monitoring, and workflows; coordinate between trading, engineering, risk, and compliance; support on-call and rotational market coverage.
