Fizz Benefits Overview

Own consumer product initiatives end-to-end, using Figma, AI, data, experimentation, and prototyping to design, build, ship, and improve experiences. Partner with PMs and engineers, evolve the design system, analyze product opportunities, and directly ship visual and UI changes when possible. The role emphasizes exceptional product judgment, UX and interaction design, technical prototyping, hands-on execution, and high ownership.

Build systems, internal tools, workflows, analytics pipelines, dashboards, and automations that support Fizz’s growth, monetization, trust and safety, and operational efficiency. The role partners with product, engineering, growth, operations, and leadership teams to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, shape requirements, and deliver scalable backend systems and cloud-based tools.

Manage multiple Fizz-branded Instagram accounts by sourcing, creating, and curating trend-aligned content. Build posting calendars, maintain consistent publishing cadence, monitor performance, adjust content strategy, and make independent content decisions. Collaborate with the Growth team, attend meetings, and provide updates on account performance. This is a remote, paid internship requiring 15–20 hours weekly, beginning with a one-month commitment and potential extension.
