Fizz Benefits Overview

Own the post-sale lifecycle for advertising campaigns, including client onboarding, creative approvals, campaign setup, QA, optimization, reporting, renewals, and upsells. Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and campaign operations to improve execution and advertising tools. Support outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for brands, agencies, and organizations targeting Gen Z and college audiences.

Own consumer product initiatives end-to-end, using Figma, AI, data, experimentation, and prototyping to design, build, ship, and improve experiences. Partner with PMs and engineers, evolve the design system, analyze product opportunities, and directly ship visual and UI changes when possible. The role emphasizes exceptional product judgment, UX and interaction design, technical prototyping, hands-on execution, and high ownership.

Build systems, internal tools, workflows, analytics pipelines, dashboards, and automations that support Fizz’s growth, monetization, trust and safety, and operational efficiency. The role partners with product, engineering, growth, operations, and leadership teams to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, shape requirements, and deliver scalable backend systems and cloud-based tools.
