The Community Outreach Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage hard-to-reach individuals living with Serious Mental Illness, and ensuring a warm hand-off to a peer support guide.

Collaborate with clinical services team to provide behavioral health diagnosis and treatment to patients with serious mental illness. Deliver counseling services, suicide crisis support, maintain documentation, and work collaboratively with the team. Must have experience with serious mental illness, telehealth services, and hold relevant licenses and designations.

The People Partner is a key leader within the market community, fostering an excellent culture, strengthening employee relations, and supporting Community team leaders. The role involves collaborating closely with leaders, leading employee relation investigations, creating communications and training materials, and supporting teams with payroll and benefits administration.

Perform community outreach and engage with individuals living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) to provide support and guidance. Coordinate care services and advocate for personal goals. Provide coverage for after-hours calls on a rotating schedule.

The Compliance Officer will support the company's executive team in maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, conducting internal audits, and overseeing company compliance and privacy programs. The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of healthcare regulations, and experience in a senior compliance role in the healthcare industry.
