Partner directly with a Partner to manage deal flow, run diligence, lead special projects, build and operationalize internal AI tools, manage communications and scheduling, and drive execution across portfolio and internal teams.

Act as an embedded founding BDR across 3-5 portfolio startups: define ICPs, build target lists, run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone), iterate messaging, maintain CRM hygiene, report pipeline and hand off playbooks when companies hire their own reps. Hybrid role based in SF or NYC (3 days/week onsite).
