Supervises and trains clinical support staff, oversees drug room and inventory functions, supports emergency response, maintains compliance and documentation, and collaborates with providers and leadership to improve care quality and patient satisfaction.

Provides comprehensive HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll support, HRIS administration, compliance, records management, performance management, and workforce development. Maintains accurate employee data, administers benefits and personnel actions, supports audits and regulatory reporting, resolves employee and manager issues, and coordinates engagement and recognition initiatives. Requires collaboration with leadership, employees, vendors, and applicants while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Provides primary and preventive care for patients of all ages, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, laboratory interpretation, procedures, emergency care, counseling, documentation, and health education. The Physician Assistant participates in immunization and wellness programs, quality improvement, clinical training, and supervision of clinic support staff across health centers.
