Promotes growth of group lending portfolios by mobilizing prospective customers, conducting community sales and marketing activities, and delivering financial literacy and group methodology training. The officer guides groups on leadership, governance, cohesion, record keeping, and readiness for financial services. Responsibilities include developing monthly activity plans, implementing workplans, meeting targets, and providing regular performance feedback to branch and product managers.

Promote and sell FINCA loan and deposit products, identify and acquire customers, appraise and process loan applications, monitor loan performance, recover loans, run client outreach and seminars, and meet branch portfolio and deposit growth targets in line with credit policy.

Drive loan disbursements via proactive outbound phone engagement with pre-approved and repeat customers. Manage the full remote sales cycle from first contact to disbursement or closure, explain loan terms, support remote applications, verify KYC and documentation, perform credit analysis for FINCA Score 1 and 2, ensure compliance with policies and scripts, maintain accurate system records, escalate exceptions, and contribute to remote sales performance reporting.
