Lead and scale a 24/7 Robot Operations team responsible for deploying, operating, and troubleshooting humanoid robots. Manage hiring, training, scheduling, coverage, safety, issue documentation, escalation through Jira, operational metrics, and continuous improvement. Partner with engineering teams to resolve robot performance issues, support customer use cases, and maintain high robot uptime. The role also requires hands-on robot operation and occasional travel.

The Hands Integration Engineer will integrate robotic hand subsystems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop test plans, debug issues, and create automation tools.
