Thanks to groups like the Culture Committee that come up with monthly events centered around wellness, employees are able to directly shape FIGS’ culture through feedback given to department reps. “Whether it’s doing stretches over Zoom or signing up for a beach cleanup, your energy becomes part of the overall culture.”

Anh Tran’s team is in the middle of redesigning and rebuilding FIGS’ mobile app from the ground up. “To better serve our loyal customers, we want to create an app that not only makes it easy to find what they need but highlights these Awesome Humans to forge a stronger healthcare community,” she said. It’s this same drive to constantly improve that led to last year’s “model selector” feature, allowing customers to see products on various body types. “It’s really just the beginning for us, as we learn more about what our customers love about FIGS and build new features to keep the love going.”
