Administer and maintain enterprise file transfer platforms (IBM Sterling, Axway), ensure secure, reliable transfers, troubleshoot failures, perform upgrades/patches, automate workflows with scripts and Ansible, provide on-call production support, manage security controls and compliance, and create technical documentation and runbooks.

Support monetary policy and regional outreach by researching and analyzing regional and sector-specific economic conditions, managing surveys and roundtables, gathering economic intelligence via outreach and site visits, drafting reports (Beige Book, FOMC materials), contributing to Fed publications, and preparing briefing materials and presentations under senior guidance.

Lead regional economic intelligence and outreach, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, produce sector and district analysis for policy use, prepare publications and presentations, engage senior external stakeholders, and mentor junior economists.
