Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for a portfolio of financial services products. Conduct market and customer research, develop business cases, prioritize enhancements, write epics, and lead cross-functional teams through product launches using SAFe methodology. Manage stakeholder alignment, advise specialists, and oversee revenue targets, forecasts, and ongoing product performance.

Conduct economic and financial data collection, cleaning, management, and analysis; perform statistical and econometric research using Stata, R, Python, and MATLAB; review literature; prepare charts, tables, presentations, written analysis, and briefing materials; and support research papers and policy analysis while collaborating with economists and research staff.

Conduct independent research in financial economics, publish findings in leading academic journals, provide in-depth analysis for Federal Reserve policy briefings, and contribute to the Bank’s research mission. Candidates must demonstrate strong finance and economics publication records, academic or comparable research experience, and excellent communication skills.
