Provide high-level support to the Global Head of Capital Development & Investor Relations including complex calendar and travel management, Salesforce CRM maintenance and reporting, investor meeting coordination, preparing executive materials, expense management, and event logistics. Serve as a strategic partner anticipating needs and tracking follow-ups.

Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements and investor capital reporting; perform variance analysis and KPI reporting; manage fund administration with external administrators and advisors; monitor LPA and loan covenant compliance; oversee tax and regulatory filings; lead month/quarter close and process improvements; implement technology and outsourced solutions to improve controls and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
