Design, implement, secure, and optimize on-premises and Azure database solutions (Azure SQL, Managed Instance, Cosmos DB). Administer performance tuning, backup/disaster recovery, security/compliance, monitoring, and CI/CD integration. Troubleshoot database issues, automate deployments, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

Lead design and management of secure Azure cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines for DoD environments. Implement IaC, container orchestration, security controls, RMF/RMF documentation, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, and incident response to ensure resilient, compliant delivery of mission-critical data and ML applications.

Maintain and enhance the DoD JETS RF equipment database via data collection, validation, engineering analysis, rule development, and reporting. Use database tools to manage large datasets, support spectrum operations, ensure data integrity, coordinate with engineering/operations, and perform DB user testing and configuration management.
