Supports mechanical design and development for EV battery packs and charging stations. Responsibilities include designing structures, enclosures, thermal systems, and electromechanical packaging; developing test plans; conducting validation; supporting root cause analyses; and documenting product development through production stabilization. Requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, strong fundamentals in mechanical design and thermal systems, materials knowledge, hands-on assembly experience, analytical skills, and CAD proficiency, with SolidWorks preferred.

Own electrical design and system integration for battery packs and EV charging systems. Translate requirements into architectures, component selections, electrical sizing, interfaces, and validation plans. Build and test prototypes, perform DFMEA, execute engineering validation testing, troubleshoot failures, conduct root cause analysis, and manage engineering changes. The role requires strong electrical fundamentals, hands-on experience with circuits and instrumentation, and structured problem-solving. Fresh graduates with engineering degrees and practical project experience are encouraged to apply.

Provide remote and field technical support for commercial electric vehicles, diagnosing battery, powertrain, high-voltage, CAN, and electrical issues. Analyze failures, conduct root source analysis, coordinate with OEMs, technicians, engineering teams, and customers, and ensure timely issue closure. Support battery swap operations, pack rework, service reporting, technician training, and Design for Service improvements. The role requires extensive travel, shift or on-call availability, and strong EV after-sales support experience.
