Owns design-stage quality for charger hardware, leading DFMEA, design verification planning, validation criteria, test reviews, failure analysis, and corrective actions. The role collaborates with hardware, firmware, and process quality teams to ensure charger architecture and components meet performance, safety, and reliability requirements. It also supports field issue analysis, fault tree documentation, design reviews, and continuous product improvement.

Own end-to-end quality for integrated EV powertrain products spanning battery, motor, controller, and vehicle systems. Lead integration-level DFMEA and PFMEA, define testing checkpoints, analyze performance and reliability issues, conduct root cause and fault-tree analyses, and support service readiness. Collaborate with engineering teams, represent quality in stage-gate reviews, and translate customer issues, maintenance needs, and service requirements into product improvements.

Own factory-floor quality for battery, product, and vehicle-integration prototype builds. Identify and document assembly deviations, drive root cause analysis, provide feedback to design and process-quality teams, certify assemblies and vehicles for testing, and support closure of build-related non-conformances. The role requires hands-on factory-floor work and cross-functional collaboration, with preferred experience in EV or automotive prototype environments.
