Partners with executive finance leaders on budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, investor materials, M&A, and segment profitability. Oversees accounting policies, reconciliations, and reporting across aviation business units while developing a high-performing finance team.

Coordinates flight operations by planning trips, reviewing NOTAMs, TFRs, slots, weather, fuel, maintenance, customs, and regulatory requirements. Communicates with dispatchers, FBOs, ground handlers, customs, aviation authorities, and internal teams regarding schedules and operational changes. Maintains passenger and flight information, verifies aircraft limitations, coordinates maintenance events, and updates dispatch handoffs. Requires strong problem-solving, communication, prioritization, aviation compliance knowledge, and proficiency with ForeFlight and Microsoft Excel.

Coordinates flight assignments, crew travel, trip logistics, flight following, operational updates, regulatory documentation, and disruption responses. Monitors weather, air traffic control, NOTAMs, airport restrictions, and aircraft weight and balance requirements. Communicates timely information to crew members, scheduling, client services, and other departments while maintaining accurate operational records and reports. Requires flexibility for variable shifts, weekends, and holidays, with occasional travel.
