The role develops leadership teams, implements organizational initiatives, manages operational improvements, coordinates emergency responses, and represents the organization with healthcare, municipal, and community stakeholders.

Provides executive leadership for ambulance operations across Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. Oversees multi-state growth, financial and operational performance, clinical quality, patient safety, customer relationships, organizational development, acquisitions, and leadership teams. Drives process improvement, staffing efficiency, fleet utilization, regulatory compliance, and consistent execution across markets while supporting strategic growth and organizational change.
