Leads Business Intelligence tool implementation and adoption for the Commercial team, coordinating requirements, testing, training, change management, and system integration. Leads accounting integration for acquired companies from pre-close planning through post-close transition. Responsibilities include month-end close, opening balance sheets, purchase accounting, earnouts, reconciliations, data migration, system conversion, financial reporting, internal controls, and coordination with Finance, IT, auditors, advisors, and acquired-company teams.

Supports HR activities including employee onboarding, HR administration, employee documentation, recognition programs, and transactional employee and manager support. Maintains accurate HR records, answers routine HR questions, coordinates processes, and assists with HR projects while handling confidential information and meeting deadlines. The role is fully onsite at the corporate office in Overland Park, Kansas.

Manages complex industrial hygiene and safety projects, including scheduling technicians, coordinating equipment and laboratory work, overseeing technical reports, supporting clients, and ensuring timely project delivery. Provides technical assistance, performs field assessments and audits, develops safety programs, mentors Health & Safety Technicians, maintains professional certifications, and uses Navision for project management.

Generates new business for safety consulting services through outbound prospecting, networking, lead generation, presentations, and industry events. Maintains prospect lists, manages CRM activities, nurtures opportunities, supports proposals and onboarding, and reports pipeline updates, market intelligence, and competitor insights to leadership. Collaborates with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Conducts post-testing client outreach, 90-day follow-ups, cross-selling, upselling, order processing, inbound lead management, and new-business prospecting. The role also coordinates clinic visits and resolves client needs, issues, and complaints while supporting territory growth and maintaining customer satisfaction.
