The role requires deep modern WordPress expertise, technical leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and websites; configure and maintain sites; debug plugins; perform core and plugin upgrades; prevent regressions; write documentation; and contribute to open source. Collaborate with designers, strategists, developers, and project managers across multiple projects. The role requires strong WordPress, block editor, React, PHP, JavaScript, Git, Linux, Docker, and software development expertise, with remote work aligned to Montreal hours.
