Leads end-to-end customer contracting, including drafting, redlining, and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, order forms, amendments, and NDAs. Manages vendor onboarding, security questionnaires, due diligence, contract governance, and RFP/RFI responses. Partners with Legal, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams while maintaining contract records and advising on commercial operations tools. This fully remote individual contributor role requires strong contractual judgment, autonomy, and occasional travel.

Lead and build the QA function for an enterprise AI platform. Define quality strategy, release criteria, automation frameworks, CI/CD testing, and evaluation methods for LLM-powered features. Test APIs, backend services, data pipelines, applications, and realistic enterprise data. Mentor and grow a distributed QA team, collaborate cross-functionally, translate customer feedback into preventive tests, and make release-readiness decisions while remaining hands-on with automation and AI quality evaluation.

Develop mathematical and computational methods to quantify information, uncertainty, redundancy, information loss, and the value of additional evidence in complex enterprise data. Apply information theory, Bayesian inference, statistics, and probabilistic modeling to build algorithms, prototypes, benchmarks, and evaluation methods for information-aware AI systems. Collaborate with research, engineering, and product teams to translate theoretical methods into practical systems.
