Own day-to-day relationships across corporate veterinary accounts, identify shift coverage and utilization opportunities, and serve as the bridge between clients and internal staffing teams. Support the VP of Client Sales with client calls, quarterly business reviews, account health tracking, growth opportunities, and new account sourcing. Maintain accurate account activity, communicate staffing updates, and ensure corporate needs are acknowledged and fulfilled promptly while meeting account growth and client satisfaction targets.
