Advises stakeholders on contract interpretation, compliance, risk mitigation, and legal matters; maintains contract records; leads contract lifecycle management; coordinates cross-functional departments and external counsel; and ensures agreements comply with company policies and applicable international regulations.

Design, develop, and maintain Angular frontend and .NET backend web applications. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, promote software engineering and architecture best practices, and use Postman and Swagger for API testing and documentation. Build robust, scalable solutions that accommodate change requests with minimal resource impact. Work with SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases and development acceleration tools such as Copilot or Cursor.
