Maintain schedules, action items, risks, issues, quality records, meeting minutes, status reports, dashboards, Wiki content, help desk workflows, communications, and process trackers. Coordinate office hours, monitor service-level timelines, track deliverables, and ensure Section 508 conformance. The role is remote eligible with occasional on-site support in Bethesda, Maryland.

Lead the NIH GRC Zero Trust Architecture support task order as the accountable contractor program manager. Manage schedule, quality, staffing, risks, deliverables, invoicing, stakeholder communications, governance reviews, and contract performance for a seven-and-a-half-person team. Oversee ATO and assessment packages, ensure traceability to federal cybersecurity standards, manage NIH suitability and onboarding requirements, and deliver major governance, controls-mapping, policy, and architecture products within the first 120 days.
