401(K)
Benefit-eligible employees who are 21 years of age and older may make pre-tax contributions to the Erbe 401(k). Erbe also provides a Roth plan that allows employees to defer on an after-tax basis.

Erbe makes a safe harbor matching contribution equal to 100% of salary deferrals that do not exceed 3% of compensation, plus 50% of salary deferrals between 3% and 5%, with immediate vesting.

Generous PTO
Erbe provides a generous allotment of vacation, sick and holiday benefits to employees. Time is immediately available for use with the option to rollover up to 40 unused hours annually.

Paid sick days
Sick time accrues at the rate of 2.67 hours per payroll period, up to a maximum of 64 hours or eight days per calendar year. The maximum accumulation of sick time with rollover is 160 hours.
