Lead internal IT operations, including Microsoft 365 tenant migration and administration, Okta and Entra ID identity management, Windows endpoint management through Intune, and service desk supervision. Manage onboarding, offboarding, assets, vendors, ITSM processes, documentation, incidents, and compliance evidence supporting SOC 2 and CJIS requirements. Coordinate with technical, security, and parent-company teams during organizational decentralization, and provide occasional after-hours incident support.

Lead day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, billing, reconciliations, month- and year-end close, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Mentor one direct report and ensure timely vendor/customer payments and regulatory filings using Great Plains and other finance systems.

Deploy, configure, and operate on-premises and AWS-hosted application infrastructure (Windows, Linux, SQL Server, IIS, Java app servers). Partner with Professional Services and R&D to implement, monitor, secure, and support court case management applications, perform capacity planning, incident troubleshooting, patching, and maintain compliance with CJIS and SOC 2.
