Also administers employee training through an LMS, maintains training records, supports HR documentation and employee inquiries, and assists with onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and confidential personnel information.

Manage cross-functional product development projects from concept through commercial launch. Coordinate timelines, customer requirements, quotations, samples, regulatory requests, production activities, and project documentation. Serve as the primary customer liaison while collaborating with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Purchasing, and Production teams. Monitor risks, lead meetings, support product launches, maintain customer relationships, and assist with account growth and complaint resolution.
