The Assistant Controller manages statutory accounting, month-end close, general ledger activity, reconciliations, financial reporting, consolidations, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, audits, banking, payroll compliance, and external service providers across international management company entities. The role also develops internal controls, improves processes, supports automation, and partners with Controllers, senior leadership, and global finance teams. A CPA, accounting or finance degree, financial services experience, and knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP are required.

Provide front-desk coverage and visitor management, handle phones, mail, deliveries, conference room scheduling, key management, contractor coordination, and ad-hoc administrative support for management in the London office.
