Supports strategic partnerships across The Engine’s Tough Tech ecosystem by managing partner relationships, connecting startups with customers, investors, technical resources, and commercial opportunities, coordinating partnership programs and events, preparing materials, conducting market and technology research, and tracking activities in CRM systems. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical ability, and interest in emerging technologies, entrepreneurship, commercialization, and venture capital.

Write, edit, and publish clear, audience-specific content across email, web, social, events, and campaigns. Manage content schedules, coordinate with designers and vendors, support website updates and basic SEO, track performance metrics, and maintain communications assets and founder-facing resources. Collaborate cross-functionally and assist the Senior Manager on projects, using HubSpot and other tools to support program communications and reporting.
