Energy Trust of Oregon Benefits Overview

Leads Energy Trust’s enterprise change management function within the PMO. Develops strategy, governance, methodologies, dashboards, readiness assessments, and resource allocation processes using Prosci’s ADKAR framework. Advises senior leaders, coaches sponsors, guides complex organizational change initiatives, and integrates change plans with project management, communications, training, and reinforcement activities. Supervises and develops change practitioners, supports hiring, and builds organization-wide change management capability and adoption.

Leads stakeholder-facing and internal communications for an energy nonprofit. Researches and translates complex technical, policy, regulatory, and organizational information into reports, presentations, speeches, briefings, strategic plans, and executive communications. Manages concurrent projects, advises leaders, supports crisis communications, supervises communications staff, reviews editorial quality, manages professional services contracts, and builds relationships with regulators, utilities, policymakers, community partners, and other stakeholders.

Lead a team to design and deliver enterprise data management, ETL, reporting, low-code apps, and automation solutions. Develop roadmaps, governance for data, reporting, automation and AI, partner across IT and business units, prioritize and deliver process improvements, and ensure scalable, secure analytics and automation practices.
