Leads sales strategy, contract negotiations, account growth, and relationship development for complex national healthcare accounts. Directs internal and external resources, manages customer orders, influences pricing, supports product decisions, and builds partnerships with hospital pharmacies, IDNs, health systems, wholesalers, and distributors. Requires deep pharmaceutical market knowledge, strategic account management expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and extensive travel.

Performs pharmaceutical quality assurance activities, including batch record review, documentation discrepancy resolution, returned-goods and product inspections, line clearances, GMP walkthroughs, and record reconciliation. Ensures compliance with cGMP, FDA, safety, and documentation requirements while collaborating with manufacturing and quality teams to support material release and continuous improvement.

Provide technical support and manage maintenance of fixed equipment, ensuring adherence to standards. Conduct inspections and failure analysis, develop maintenance schedules, and manage capital projects.
