Lead NPI and sustaining for consumer hardware: coordinate cross-functional readiness (EVT/DVT/PVT), manage supplier relationships and sourcing, ensure manufacturing ramp and quality, drive risk mitigation and continuous improvement, own BOM/PLM change processes and EOL transitions, and produce program reporting and schedules while enabling global supply chain resilience.

Serve as primary quality liaison to contract manufacturers, leading factory and product audits, RMA/warranty analysis, supplier performance, compliance (UL), BOM/PLM reviews, and continuous process improvements to ensure production meets specifications and supply continuity.
