Build relationships with school decision-makers, execute outbound campaigns, identify purchasing processes and funding, meet sales targets, and support customer satisfaction. The role is remote, requires Florida residency, and involves regional travel up to 50% of the time.

Manage a portfolio of Italian schools across the customer lifecycle, focusing on engagement, retention, renewals, and new business development. Conduct prospecting, discovery calls, product demonstrations, presentations, onboarding, and training. Maintain Salesforce records, track pipeline and commercial KPIs, coordinate with resellers and internal teams, and provide market feedback. The role requires Italian and English fluency, consultative selling, relationship management, and occasional domestic travel. It is remote-first within Spain with optional Barcelona office access.

Support inside sales activities for schools in an assigned Barcelona territory: manage CRM and trials, follow up inbound/outbound leads, set meetings, deliver presentations, prepare proposals, maintain prospect database, collaborate with team and partners, gather customer feedback, and help drive renewals and customer satisfaction.
