Provides strategic financial leadership for EDF’s Business & Wholesale Services Finance team. Responsibilities include reporting and forecasting for operating and capital expenditure, headcount, cash flow, balance sheet, gross margin, and profitability; medium-term planning; finance business partnering; project analysis; process improvement; stakeholder influence; and external audit and governance support.

Analyze people data to produce reports, dashboards, and actionable insights supporting business decisions and employee experiences. The role involves using Excel and Power BI, ensuring data quality, identifying trends and root causes, improving processes and automation, and communicating findings through clear data storytelling. The analyst will build stakeholder relationships, manage competing priorities, and contribute to data literacy across HR and the wider business.

Graduate engineers will complete a 16-month programme developing expertise in nuclear fault studies, computational modelling, simulations, and safety analysis. They will assess reactor responses to operational events and fault conditions, evaluate safety systems, advise operational teams, and contribute to the safe operation of current and future nuclear power projects. Placements include reactor physics, hazards, radiation protection, radiological consequences, accident management, and nuclear safety across EDF sites.
