Serves as a trusted biometrics subject-matter expert while collaborating with delivery, product, operations, finance, and legal teams. The role requires experience selling biostatistics, statistical programming, data management, and analytics services, plus understanding of clinical trials and regulatory environments.

Leads adoption of AI-assisted software development and delivery practices across engineering teams.
