Financial + Retirement
401(K)
EchoStar automatically enrolls you in our attractive 401(k) plan, investing in the most appropriate fund based on your age. You make change your contribution amount or investment election at any time
401(K) matching
EchoStar offers a company match equal to 50% of your contribution up to $5,000 per year. We also offer profit-sharing contributions.
Company equity
EchoStar offers profit-sharing in addition to the company 401k match, including vesting over a five-year period.
Employee stock purchase plan
EchoStar allows qualified team members to purchase EchoStar Network Class A Common Stock at a 15% discount to fair market value. The maximum annual purchase: $21,250 ($25,000 less the 15% discount)
