Own the vision, prioritization, development, deployment, and support of ERP product integrations. Lead Agile ceremonies, collaborate with developers, designers, QA, leadership, and customers, and provide product guidance, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and issue prioritization. The role requires strong ERP product experience, Jira expertise, Scrum or product management experience, and onsite work in Irvine, California.

Conduct high-volume outbound B2B calls, qualify prospects, identify payment solution opportunities, and schedule product demonstrations. Learn and explain EBizCharge’s proprietary payment solutions, use the CRM and data systems effectively, and meet daily phone productivity targets. The role requires prior outbound lead-generation sales experience, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, coachability, self-motivation, and urgency.

Creates visual designs for web pages, digital ads, pitch decks, social media, email, video, and print materials. Supports brand development, logo and guideline design, manages multiple projects, maintains brand consistency, researches design trends and tools, and incorporates feedback. Collaborates with senior designers and marketing teammates to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
