EBizCharge Benefits Overview

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to business prospects, qualify leads, schedule product demonstrations, explain EBizCharge payment solutions, achieve daily phone productivity targets, and accurately use the company CRM and data systems. The role is fully onsite in Irvine and offers career advancement and uncapped compensation.

Sources and recruits candidates through multiple platforms, serves as a candidate point of contact, conducts prescreens, prepares candidate summaries, manages recruiting pipelines and applicant-tracking data, and works toward weekly and monthly hiring goals in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR.

Designs, develops, and maintains Oracle Fusion payment integrations with gateways, banks, and third-party systems. Builds solutions using OIC, APIs, FBDI, and ADFDI; customizes Oracle Financials modules; troubleshoots production issues; and performs testing, code reviews, and technical design. Collaborates with product, architecture, and QA teams while ensuring security, compliance, scalability, reconciliation, and audit requirements.
