Drives ServiceTitan adoption, reporting integrity, operational efficiency, customer experience, and cross-functional alignment across office and field teams.

Monitor and analyze lead performance across multiple home-services businesses and channels, identifying trends and anomalies. Present weekly and monthly performance reviews covering leads, spend, bookings, revenue, and ROAS. Serve as the marketing partner for regional operating companies, translating data into recommendations. Coordinate paid, organic, SEO, direct-mail, vendor, and cross-functional initiatives while conducting competitive, customer-experience, website, and content analysis.

Leads daily residential and commercial plumbing operations across field and office teams. Responsibilities include developing staff, managing scheduling and dispatch, monitoring KPIs and profitability, overseeing quality and code compliance, resolving escalated customer issues, managing budgets and P&L performance, improving processes and training, and partnering with leadership on business objectives.

Perform backflow testing, repair, replacement, and installation. The role offers hands-on plumbing training and welcomes certified or experienced candidates, while helping uncertified apprentices develop skills. Candidates must be reliable, honest, mechanically inclined, and willing to complete drug testing and a background check. Work includes driving a company truck, with unlimited overtime available and additional pay for early morning, late afternoon, and weekend hours.
