Part-time (Mon–Wed) Growth Specialist responsible for hands-on paid user acquisition across app and web. Own budget allocation, build and optimize campaigns, test creative and store pages, maintain tracking (UTMs, pixels, deeplinks, SKAdNetwork), compare platform and analytics data, run experiments, and report weekly/monthly performance with clear recommendations.

Part-time Growth Manager (Mon-Wed, 24 hrs/week) who analyzes subscription funnel data, defines and ships product/marketing experiments across paid acquisition, onboarding, retention, and lifecycle messaging, evaluates results to decide next steps, and maintains a prioritized growth backlog while improving automation and AI-driven workflows.

Part-time frontend developer (mobile-first) working primarily in React Native and secondarily on a Next.js website. Implement new features, translate designs into components, estimate tasks, address performance and technical debt, and use Claude Code/agentic tools while critically reviewing AI-generated code. Collaborate with 3-4 frontend engineers in a US-timezone, fully remote, 3-day weekly schedule.
